Marketing site SEO foundation
Build out every footer link as an indexable route — /about, /manifesto, /changelog, /roadmap, /contact, /security, /docs. Grows the internal-link graph 4× and unlocks long-tail keyword surfaces.
Transactional email pipeline
Resend + BullMQ delayed jobs. Trial lifecycle, billing events, workspace invites, limit alerts. Per-event opt-out controls in user settings.
Production hardening: edge protection
CloudFront in front of ALB, WAF managed rule sets, per-route rate limits on /api/* and /api/ai/*. Hardens us before any paid marketing push.

Ask Taskachu agent (in-app)
OpenAI tool-calling agent inside the Ask Taskachu drawer. Same surface MCP exposes, but available to users who aren’t on Claude Code / Cursor. Confirm flow for destructive operations.
AI Automations in the Marketing space
Brief → multi-channel campaign decomposition → per-post generation (Twitter / LinkedIn / Email / Blog) → schedule onto the existing Marketing Calendar → manual-publish helpers. Pro-only.
Docs + MCP setup guide
Full /docs route with a searchable MDX site. Centerpiece: a step-by-step MCP setup guide for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and Cursor — the highest-intent traffic we can attract.
2FA + SSO for teams
TOTP and WebAuthn for individual accounts (free tier). SAML 2.0 + OIDC connectors for workspaces (Enterprise tier). JIT user provisioning on first SSO login.

Direction is locked but timing is fluid — these slot in once the lane in front of them clears.

A library of importable workspace templates — Kanban for indie SaaS, Bug triage, Standup setup, Brainstorm space — one-click clone into your workspace.
AI add-on pricing
Per-workspace AI credit pack as a separate billable line on top of Pro. For users who exhaust the monthly AI quota mid-cycle without wanting to switch plans.
Native auto-publish to Twitter / LinkedIn
Auth, rate limits, content-policy review processes. Not v1; we ship manual-publish flow with intent URLs first.
