Install Taskachu

A Progressive Web App — no app store, no install pipeline, no separate binary. Add to home screen or dock and Taskachu behaves like a native app: offline support, push notifications, badge counts, full-screen UI.

The app itself lives at app.taskachu.com — install from there, not this marketing page.

iPhone / iPad (Safari)

  1. Open app.taskachu.com in Safari
  2. Tap the Share button (square with arrow) at the bottom
  3. Scroll and tap "Add to Home Screen"
  4. Tap "Add" — Taskachu launches as a full-screen app

Android (Chrome / Edge / Samsung)

  1. Open app.taskachu.com in Chrome
  2. When the Install banner appears, tap "Install"
  3. Or open the browser menu (⋮) and choose "Install app"
  4. Taskachu lands in your app drawer and notification shade

macOS (Safari 17+)

  1. Open app.taskachu.com in Safari
  2. Click File → Add to Dock
  3. Confirm — Taskachu lives in the Dock with its own window

Windows (Edge / Chrome)

  1. Open app.taskachu.com in Edge or Chrome
  2. Click the install icon in the address bar (right side)
  3. Confirm — Taskachu pins to Start and runs in its own window

Linux (Chrome / Edge)

  1. Open app.taskachu.com in Chrome or Edge
  2. Click the install icon in the address bar
  3. Confirm — desktop entry is created under your apps menu

Prefer a native binary?

A signed desktop build (DMG / MSI / AppImage) is on the roadmap — see /roadmap. For now the PWA covers ~95% of the native experience on every platform we ship to.
